Toppy

Name: Top Dressing (Called Toppy)
Name means: Fertilizer that is spread on top of soil to make crops or grass grow faster (Her talent is making fertilizer by chemical methods)
She's a southern 'gal with a deep accent and is quite clever.
She works at the family farm, and creates fertilizer to put on the crops.
She's very interested in chemistry, and likes learning. She ain't that good out in the hard working field.
The hat she's wearing is one of those hats humans bear on their backs, hold up by a string around her neck.

And, if you ask, why does she have rainbow hair?
Well, we've only seen rainbow maned ponies as pegasi, so i'd think that she has some pegasi in her family, and her genetics gave her rainbow streaks, though sadly, no wings.

Oh my godzilla.. She's amazing. A bit mary sue, but amazing anyhow.
